Hosting and technical access data
The website runs on a server at IONOS. When you visit the site, technical connection and log data are processed, such as your IP address, access time, requested address and browser information. This enables us to provide and secure the website on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data are not used to create an advertising profile.
Contact and project enquiries
When you make an enquiry, we process the details you enter, such as your name, email, optional phone number, project type, preferred way to talk and message. The form stores the enquiry in a non-public area of the server. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Emails sent to the published Gmail mailbox are also processed through that email service.
Session and form protection
A session cookie helps protect the form and provide feedback after submission. To prevent abusive enquiries, the number of attempts is limited; a pseudonymised verification value is generated from the IP address for this purpose. The cookie and processing serve the requested function and security. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
Interactive demos and local storage
After you interact with them, the demos may save shopping cart contents, favourites and tasks in your browser's local storage. These data are not sent to us as an order, reservation or client commission. The collaboration demo only synchronises data between tabs in the same browser. You can delete the respective demo data using the reset button or your browser settings.
Recipients and international teamwork
Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to handle enquiries or operate the website. Our international team is involved on a project basis. If an assignment requires access to personal data from a country outside the EEA, the conditions and appropriate safeguards are established in advance for that assignment. The website does not embed external analytics, map, video or CAPTCHA services.
Retention periods
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up questions. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. Technical logs and protection data are retained only for their operational and security purposes. Local demo data stay in the browser until reset or deleted.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision: https://www.lda.bayern.de/.
Secure transmission and external conversations
The website uses HTTPS. If you would like to talk via Microsoft Teams, we will arrange an appointment with you separately; selecting this option in the form does not load a Microsoft service. The privacy information of the communication service used also applies to any subsequent conversation.
